「Apparently some rooms are better than others. We have previously stayed here and we're satisfied. This time not so much. The a/c could not keep up and barely blew cold. The floor was not that clean and a bit rough. Also, had an issue with leaving a personal item(pricey pillow needed for husband's back) there which I went back for just a few hours later. The staff did try calling the cleaning people but noone could seem to locate it. I called back a couple times to see if it got turned in with no...

「The halls were very dirty..the exit signs on the floor looked like they had bee kicked out..after we showered and unpacked we saw there were roaches in the room.we did not sleep at all...the elevators were duct taped together on the interior..we came from out of town, got in late and were too exhausted to change rooms or hotels.as we had to get up early for a surgical procedure..I am a Hilton Honors member, but won’t be staying there again」

「Not the hotel’s staff fault but power went out to portions of hotel. Had no lights in bathroom and they ran out of breakfast. Hotel was clean and pool was good and enjoyable. Hotel should make concessions to refund partial fees when accommodation can’t deliver what is advertised.」
