「We were disappointed with the property because we asked on arrival about noise from the speakers outside the bar/restaurant. We were told there were no other rooms available (when the hotel clearly wasn't full). We were located at ground floor practically next the the restaurant. 「Very disappointing experience. We found more than 15 cockroaches in our room over two nights, despite reporting the issue immediately. 「We booked a superior twin room with a spa bath, for a bit of luxury; I am 65, my friend 69. We arrived early & our room was ready but we gad a double bed, not twin as specified. The manager then produced a trundle bed & considered it resolved. Itvwas very uncomfortable & I barely slept for the 2 night stay.
