「Tranquila y muy atenta 」

「The property was nice but , no WiFi , swimming pool dirty, we paid to stay in a jacuzzi tub which was not working. Restaurant and bar closed at 8 pm really early. Getting to the property was complicated not enough info on the road and gps was taking us thru roads with dead ends. The property has so much potential and beauty .」

「This was by far our favorite place that we stayed on our trip to Nicaragua. The staff went above and beyond to help us receive items we left at a previous hotel and provided translations. The breakfast and laundry service were amazing. We have no complaints. Only good things to say about our stay. We will be staying here again.」

「I am always a little concerned when I book someplace for a long stay, but hotel jardin ended up being the perfect place to do that for our stay in Granada. It was close enough to the main square to be very walkable,but enough off the beaten path to be much quieter. The pool was delightful and the whole staff went above and beyond to provide little niceties to make our stay more comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.」

「I love this hotel. First of all, the staff are the nicest and made our stay so comfortable and at ease. They help coordinate everything, and provided us the utmost service. The room was huge, clean and with amazing balcony. The bed were so comfortable and the AC was the greatest friend of all - helped us survive the 90 degree heat outside. I would recommend for all of you guys to stay in this hotel when in Granada, Nicaragua. I’m glad I chose this hotel.」
