"Make sure you carry some form of identification with a picture of the person who booked and paid. We are 3 hours from home booked and paid for and had receipt and was given a lot of pushback from the guy checking us in The credit card I paid for the room with the guy wouldn’t accept for incidentals but my boyfriend offered to give his card for that and the guy took it Big time hassle The cleaning lady and breakfast staff were amazingly friendly "

"The walls were covered in dried blood splatters and the smell in the room was almost unbearable. I slept on the corner of the bed curled up on top of the covers with my own pillow and a jacket to cover with. The towels smelled so badly they were unusable. I suppose the price fits what you get. I should have slept in my car. GROSS"

"I think the cleanliness could’ve been better. Found some scratchers/ lottery that I presume to be non-winning in one of the drawers, also the top freezer in the fridge was not cleaned out. It had some dishes with melted ice cream. Other than that, check in was good. Very professional. Continental breakfast was great. The lady at the front desk reminded me to turn the waffle maker over when it started beeping. I would recommend this place."

"I love this location. 3rd time staying here. It’s is very, very clean. Comfortable bedding and lovely environment. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay here again. There is a restaurant with in walking distance and you can sit by the window and watch the river."
