Incredibly helpful and generous. Highly recommend to anyone who is traveling to Floripa! Sitting by the pool was my favorite part on top of the beautiful room that has all you need for your trip.

Great experience in Florianopolis, I spent one night there to go to Porto Alegre and unfortunately didn’t have enough time to use the pool, but the flat itself was amazing, with a nice area with restaurants and live music downstairs in the nearby building, I highly recommend the place

The studio was purporting to be a hotel had an extremely hard bed, one towel for over a week and an additional cost for an additional towel, no coffee service even though they had coffee cups in full display. I would not recommend this place, unless they change the bed and provide additional towels for over one week stays.

Eu ameeei esse lugar. Excelente localização no centro, apto impecável, o prédio fica no Top Market, que tem tudo fácil. Unica obs é que para ir para as praias melhores para banho precisa de carro ou Uber e em algumas épocas o trânsito pode ser um problema, mas se a ideia é ficar na região central, esse apto é perfeitooo!

Localização estratégica no centro , empreendimento com a comodidade de um centro gastronômico e um supermercado no térreo. O que facilita o dia a dia! Piscina com vista no terraço imbatível! Sentimos falta de alguns itens básicos porém no todo, o flat atende a proposta! Equipe atendeu sempre que tivemos alguma dificuldade ( vaga de garagem ocupada e acesso no check in )

Local seguro, boa limpeza, fácil de entrar no estacionamento, instruções claras, equipe responde rapidamente, local novo e bem cuidado. Apesar do clima quente no dia, o apartamento que eu fiquei aparentemente não pega sol, era bastante frio e o ar condicionado tinha função aquecer, mas não estava funcionando (somente frio). Quanto a cobertas tinha somente um edredon fino. Acho que também dei azar na vaga de garagem, bastante estreita, ficava entre uma parede e uma coluna.
