Minha estadia no Hotel Lunes foi muito agradavel e confortavel. O quarto era espaço, confortavel e muito limpo. Banheiro espaçoso e limpo, não era ducha apenas um chuveiro satisfatorio. Café da manha com variedades. Havia pães frescos, frutas, iogurtes, cereais, sucos naturais, além de pratos quentes, como ovos mexidos. Equipe do hotel muito atenciosa e prestativa.

Infraestrutura:10 Café da manhã:10 Recepçao: Primeiro atendimento(tarde) nota 5, cheguei e encontrei um pequeno problema de funcionamento da Tv no quarto e percebi que a solução do problema veio como justificativa algo que parecia mais desculpa demonstrando indisposiçao isso logo na chegada me incomodou. Segundo atendimento nota 10, saída nota 5, faltou cortesia, simpatia. Acredito que um estabelecimento que trabalha com atendimento ao público a 25 anos poderia ser melhor. No mais recomendo total e voltaria na esperança de ver esses pequenos detalhes corrigidos. Não sei qual a proposta do hotel mais faço essa avaliação tendo como base 20 anos de hospedagens em lugares diversos

Ótimo custo benefício limpo e localizado!

Hotel bem localizado, próximo a padarias, mercado, restaurantes e comércios em geral, mesmo por estar em uma rua movimentada, não tivemos problemas com barulho..o hotel passou por alguma reforma, quarto é amplo, por ter viajado em uma época fria, o chuveiro é bem quentinho! Lençóis novos e limpos, limpeza do quarto foi feita já no primeiro dia! Café da manhã muito bom, com bolos frescos frutas variadas e um ótimo cappuccino! Sugestão: acrescentar uma lixeira no quarto, sem ser só a do banheiro, pelo menos no que ficamos não tinha..No mais foi tudo muito bom..

Exceletente Hotel em Florianópolis RECOMENDO

Excelente quarto brm novinho com decoracao toda nova. O cafe da manha é bem gostoso e variado. O atendimento é nota 10 e localização é das melhores. Fizemos uma viagem a lazer de casal e recomendo. Em junho as temperaturas estavam baixas 12 graus e o hotel é um dos unicos que conta com sistema de ar condicionado com ar quente que nos deixou bem quentinhos durante a noite.
