Sauberkeit: Wir hatten 4 Tage Zimmer Service, die Betten wurden gemacht, der Mülleimer geleert. Der offensichtlich schmutzige Duschvorleger nie gewechselt. Durchgefegt wurde nicht. Parken: die Mitarbeiter des Parkservice waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt ein paar Parkplätze am Hotel und einen weiteren Parkplatz auf einer Fläche gegenüber.der Schrank ( meist unverschlossen) im dem die Autoschlüssel aufbewahrt werden, befindet sich in Zu-/Ausgang des Treppenhauses und ist nicht aufgrund einer Tür nicht unter dauerhafter Beobachtung, was ein Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt. Zimmer: das Zimmer verfügte über 2 Betten, einen Stuhl, Schreibtisch, Kühlschrank mit minibar, etwas zum Kleider aufhängen, etwas Ablagefläche und einen Safe, nichtregulierbare Klimaanlage. 1 Miniabfalleimer. Die bereitgestellten Decken, der Verpackung nach wohl direkt aus der Reinigung, stanken bestialisch nach einer Mischung aus Buttersäure und nassen Hund. Fenster zur Straße hinaus. Lärmpegel auch im Haus selbst hoch. Die elektronischen Schlüsselkarten funktionierten teilweise nur 2 Tage. Sicherheit: Am 24. Dezember wurde uns aus unserem Zimmer während wir zum Frühstück waren 100 Euro gestohlen. Die Abhandlung des Ganzen erfolgte von oben herab, ohne hilfreich zu sein oder auch nur ein Wort des Bedauerns auszudrücken. Zwischen dem 31.12 und 1.1. ging einer der Aufzüge kaputt. Bis zum Morgen des 2.1.2026 war dem Anschein nach keine Reparatur möglich.

Por algum motivo, após minha primeira noite (fiquei 2), o hotel perdeu meu registro e não realizaram a limpeza do quarto, reposição de toalhas e frigobar. Nunca havia acontecido, já fiquei diversas vezes nesse hotel, porém ocorreu e foi desagradável. Me ligaram às 19:30 perguntando meu nome e somente depois disso localizaram minha reserva q já estava em andamento. Não foi uma boa estadia dessa vez, mas pretendo continuar utilizando o hotel, pois acredito que tenha sido uma exceção.

Um ótimo hotel. Fiquei apenas uma noite, mas foi suficiente para avaliar positivamente. Café da manhã muito variado e gostoso. Achei fantástico o hotel ter entrada interna própria para o shopping Via Catarina (que também possui um supermercado dentro). Em frente também há farmácia (não sei se 24h). Localização excelente, lugar tranquilo, sem barulhos, tudo muito limpo, funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos.

Péssima experiência em um hotel que parecia ser muito bom. Aquecimento não funcionou, ruído terrível no apartamento 203. Restos de comida para animais embaixo das camas, cheiro de mofo ou algo parecido no apartamento, controle remoto da tv não funcionou adequadamente, cortina da janela em péssimas condições.

Ficamos hospedados neste final de semana e foi simplesmente maravilhoso! Eu e meu marido amamos tudo! O hotel é muito limpo, organizado e com uma estrutura excelente. A passagem direta para o shopping Via Catarina nos surpreendeu positivamente, super prática! O café da manhã é delicioso, com muitas opções, e o ar-condicionado funcionou perfeitamente. Um detalhe que me conquistou: esqueci meu shampoo e condicionador, e o hotel já oferecia tudo no banheiro, sem miséria! Tudo impecável, com certeza voltaremos! Haaaa tem um MC Donalds na frente ❤️❤️
