Precisa melhorar a manutenção

Estava fazendo frio na cidade e a janela do banheiro estava quebrada e o ar-condicionado na função quente não funcionava. Além disso, perdi um tempo grande para descobrir que o cabo de antena estava desconectado do aparelho e por isso a não tinha sinal. O hotel precisa melhorar seu processo de manutenção das instalações.

Muito bom, silencioso, tudo limpo, bom atendimento. Só não dei nota máxima porque a cama de casal é dessas que junta duas de solteiro e o colchão não fica confortável no meio. De resto tudo ótimo

Ar condicionado muito ruim, não foi possível o acesso à TV, estava bloqueada e pedia um código que ninguém veio resolver. No restaurante a pessoa arrumando a mesa principal estava com o casaco estofado, isto é mesma roupa que veio da rua. É necessário ter im uniforme para uso interno.

Maratona Floripa

Hotel bem conservado, ótima localização (na região antiga de Floripa), utilizei por conta da Maratona, fiz tudo caminhando. Em frente ao Hotel tem um McDonalds, a poucos minutos um Supermercado e farmácia. Hotel deixa a desejar no atendimento, poucos funcionários ... ficamos 03 dias e nosso quarto não foi limpo nenhum dia, tb precisamos de suporte da camareira/ recepção, sem sucesso. (meu marido precisou descer p/ solicitar). Mas super indico, apesar das pontuações acima, muito limpo e confortável.

PÉSSIMA!!!

As instalações muito antigas, não conseguimos tomar café da manhã, ficamos na fila uns 20 minutos e não conseguimos entrar, parecia fila de INSS. Nos informaram na recepção que o café da manhã era terceirado e que eles não tinham controle sobre isso. Um absurdo, foi cobrado e não usufruímos.

Não gostei pois o hotel só libera o check in as 15hs, não antes que isso e a recepção fica cheia pois todos os hospedes ficam esperando dar o horário e tem uma recepcionista Nylma, que não é uma pessoa receptiva e educada.

O hotel em si tem uma ótima estrutura, mas estacionamento necessita reforma e é pago. O atendimento da recepção foi péssimo, o recepcionista Hellington é de um mal humor e grosseria sem precedentes, visivelmente nao esta contente com seu trabalho e nem queria estar ali. O café da manha é muito bom, pressao do chuveiro ótima.. piscina muito boa. E o funcionário da manutenção Luis é um exemplo de funcionário, extremamente educado, solicito e pronto a ajudar.

Pior experiência da minha vida

Cheguei no hotel para fazer check-in as 14h20. O atendente falou que o check-in só era possível a partir das 15h. Deixei minha bagagem e saí do hotel. Retornei 15h45. O quarto não estava disponível. O saguão do hotel estava lotado de hospedes que não puderam fazer o check-in porque eles não aprontaram os quartos. Até casal com criança de colo, com menos de um ano de vida, estavam ha horas aguardando liberar o quarto. Pedi para falar com o gerente, então com um ar de deboche e desrespeito o atendente falou que o gerente só está no hotel de segunda a sexta no horário comercial. Consegui ir para o quarto as 16h25. O quarto estava sujo, com infestação de formigas. Não tem como ser pior do que isso.

Pode melhorar

O hotel tem um bom potencial e pode melhorar em alguns aspectos. O quarto 501 apresentava presença de formigas, a água do chuveiro variava de temperatura e o horário de check-out era muito cedo. O café da manhã é delicioso e o atendimento dos funcionários é excelente. No entanto, durante a estadia, o alarme de emergência disparou e o hotel demonstrou falta de preparo para lidar com a situação. Como o hotel estava cheio devido ao feriado, os hóspedes ficaram assustados e sem orientação adequada. É essencial que a equipe de brigadistas receba treinamento urgente para lidar melhor com esse tipo de situação.

Hotel antigo, mas costumava ser muito bom. Agora, equipe rude e mal preparada, colchão deformado, banheiro com cheiro de mofo. Café da manhã vai até às 10h, porém 9:30h acabaram alguns itens e não foram repostos…”não vai dar tempo de assar pão de queijo porque já tá perto de acabar o café”. Estacionamento terceirizado, porém vc estaciona sozinho, se tiver vaga…

Durante a madrugada acendeu uma luz de emergência, que fica bem no meio do quarto, ligamos diversas vezes para a recepção para ver o que estava acontecendo, ninguém atendeu, tive que ir até lá, para ver o real motivo de ter acendido a luz, me informaram que tinha acontecido uma queda de luz, e que já iriam resolver, se passaram 40 minutos, liguei na recepção, pois nada tinha sido feito, depois de uma hora que conseguiram apagar a luz, isso já era quase 1:30 da manhã. Tenho um filho de 7 anos que não conseguiu dormir, por conta da luz forte, perdemos o sono. Outro situação foi no café da manhã, poucas opções, e era 9:45 as funcionárias não fizeram mais a reposição de alguns alimentos do buffet do café, além de pouquíssimas opções.
