This place is great if you want to stay a few nights. However if you have a long stay they charge extra for a cleaning and for extra towels. Not like regular hotels. But other than that the room is spacious the view is pleasant, it has a small kitchen which is great for breakfast and a market right outside. The location is great and the access is very easy. I would stay there again.

Photos don’t do justice to xtay .It was a spotless building with luxury finishings and everything was automated .However if I had any questions I could contact them via chat and they would always respond kindly and fast .The room was gorgeous .Everything was thought of and it was very clean .Very spacious and comfortable.The building was right on the middle of a park where families spend their days .Well located too .Would definitively recommend .

Sempre viajo para Palhoça, porém é a primeira vez que me instalo de maneira confortável. Que experiência excepcional se hospedar no Xtay Atrium. Instalações novas e completas. Cama muito confortável, ducha forte, ar condicionado potente, cozinha com equipamentos para preparo de refeições rápidas. Tudo funciona muito bem. Não possui portaria, todo acesso é realizado por senha: muita praticidade e discrição. Como fiquei em andar alto, o visual é nota 10. O estúdio fica na melhor localização de Palhoça. Eu recomendo

Estadia confortável.

O Studio é muito confortável e a infraestrutura geral é muita boa. Os móveis e demais equipamentos são novos, tudo funcionou perfeitamente e estava limpo. O acesso e deslocamento entre as áreas é muito fácil também, não tivemos nenhum problema. Minha única ressalva é com um ruído incômodo e constante de algum equipamento (condensadora de ar condicionado ou de aquecimento) que provavelmente está na cobertura. Ficamos no último andar e por isso esse barulho foi mais perceptível. No primeiro dia entrei em contato com a equipe e fui muito bem atendida, inclusive, mas não havia outro studio disponível para a troca.

Muito conforto e ótima localização e custo!!

A acomodação e a localização foram incríveis! Essa questão da comunicação estritamente online dificulta a resolução de pequenos problemas. Exemplo: a sanduicheira e a cafeteira não funcionaram e eu não consegui a resolução no mesmo dia. Acho bem chato ficar tentando respostas pelo WhatsApp, em viagem não gosto de perder tempo com conversinha online, quero passear. Deveria ter um responsável in loco. Mas tudo bem, entendo o conceito e relevo. Ótimo custo benefício! Super seguro, confortável e silencioso. Voltarei!!
