We cannot say enough about our whole experience at this property. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left; we were attended to by the most exceptional customer service. Communication was excellent prior to and during our stay and since the entire staff was cc'd on all communications, answers to questions were almost instantaneous! As we arrived later in the day, special care was taken with our check-in and every effort was made to make our visit most memorable. We were welcomed to beautiful rooms with a bottle of chilled prosecco, hard salami and cheese waiting - we were definitely pampered! We also were in awe of the property itself. The rooms exceeded our expectations and were not only well appointed but filled with incredible artwork and attention to detail. The entire staff were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and always making recommendations and reservations for us. The location was also superb and walkable to the Florence center. We highly recommend this place and would definitely visit again. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Simply put, this place is phenomenal. The suites are large, clean, well appointed and beautiful. Everyone who works there is kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is a nice quiet neighborhood, but not more than a 20 minute walk to all the tourist areas, plus the tram is just outside the door which makes getting to and from the train station a piece of cake. I would recommend this place to all my friends and would 100% stay here again.

Luxurious and beautiful property with great care and attention to detail; spacious, clean, indulgent and immaculate. Absolutely lovely property and staff. The rooms were so large with large living area. The amenities were luxurious. The staff was always available for assistance, questions. We felt very safe. It was a 20 min walk to city center. Both breakfast restaurants near the property were convenient with delicious food. We absolutely loved staying here.

I stumbled upon this property while in search of a place with some special touch. I initially wanted to stay at The Place Firenze since it was the place where my wife and I stayed for our honeymoon two decades ago. But I gotta tell you, this is one of the best places to stay in Florence. It is located slightly off the duomo area(about 25 min of walking distance) where you see local people and not so many tourists. It worked out as our base camp where we can relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of the local main attractions. Property itself is stunning.  I am not sure if you can find something this special to stay anywhere in Italy. With stunning antique building structure charms with modern technology for effortless comfort.  It displays original artworks from oil paintings to printed archives including many of its frames from period sensitive antique remakes and a little detail features such as door handles and knobs. If you love the aesthetics of Restoration Hardware, this is the real authentic deal, not some style copy of RH. You can see and feel the history behind these pieces. Because it is small boutique hotel, their attention to client is more genuine and attentive. Even before we began our travel, they sent a brief survey of what we are looking for in our stay in Florence.  Once I completed, they designed specific daily arrangements to follow if we wanted to. I would like to thank Eric for curating our stay and helping us enjoy our time to the fullest.
