No one on site when we arrived at 2pm, stuck outside on the street for half an hour until we could reach someone for some help. Never seen or met the "owners" the whole time we were there.Water was luke warm at best. Body wash provided in the shower looked like it had been there for about 8 years, it looked absolutely feral! Location was awesome, Room was spacious but for the rate charged, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

Located centrally ie 10mins walk to Duomo, but mattress desperately needs changing, hot water takes a while in shower to be available, and although tea bags and coffee is supplied there are no mugs.
