Nice and spacious 1BR apartment in the heart of Florence. Close to practically everything. No reception in the building but the communication via WhatsApp was very good and the keys pick-up was smooth. The deep bathtub/jacuzzi/shower was great to relax in but the bathroom needs a renovation: the ventilation is very poor and there's mold in a few places around the bathtub and the ceiling. The rain shower system was a bit run down and one of the toilet flushes was malfunctioning.

Amazing apartment with perhaps the largest in-room jacuzzi tub I've ever seen! Shower in 2nd bath was one of the best showers (rain shower) I've experienced. However, it was billed as a 2BR apartment & the 2nd BR was a den with a pull-out couch - which was not advertised as such. In the end, though, that didn't matter.

My family & I had a lovely time in Florence. The apartment was modern, comfortable, & smartly designed. It was ideally situated within walking distance of Il Duomo & other city attractions. We would definitely return on a future trip.

This Apartment was absolutely perfect. It is very nicely updated, luxurious and very clean. It is located only steps from the Duomo and 1/2 a block from the Tram that takes you to the Florence Airport. Lorenzo, our host, was wonderful at communication, and was very accommodating when we travelled into Florence and met us to give us the key. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to see the wonders of Florence.

Lovely stay in the heart of Florence

Amazing stay! Spotlessly clean, luxurious fittings. Comes with its own jacuzzi too! And the location was just great - surrounded by restaurants, gelato shops and even supermarkets. And within a stone's throw from the Duomo and Accademia. Strongly recommend!

We loved our stay here! It was a great area and easy to get to places. At night it would quiet down and still feel safe. My only issue is the communication and response time with management if you need something like fresh towels or toilet paper. Other than that and knowing what to do now I would still stay here for future visits:

Beautiful apartment. We were impressed by how beautiful it was - lobby etc. Perfect location and and close to most attractions. Cute little spots to eat all around. Communication was quick and anything we needed no hesitation. They even helped us catch a cab when I couldn’t get through. All in all fantastic stay and I would highly recommend. Travelled with my two adult children.

This truly is a luxury apartment. Walking distance to the train station and the Duomo. Excellent communication with Management. Beautiful luxury apartment with everything we need for a week stay. Free washer and dryer on site and lovely lobby for guest to use. Only drawback was the shower. It leaked every use so the bathroom floor was always wet. Other than that everything was wonderful.

Lovely, with a little upgrading and TLC required.

Brilliant location. Warm and very informative welcome and service. Accommodation very nice. Only downsides were that the mosaics in the bathroom need attention and also a little modernisation eg usb ports and more TV network options would be good. And a little more could have made of the attic space - why those lovely stairs with nothing at the top? - but that’s getting picky! We’d definitely stay again.

Not a Hotel—Disorganized House Share Experience

This property operates like a house share platform, not a hotel, which is not made clear. Communication was poor—the hotel representative was pushy, texting excessively about city tax five days before check-in, even using rude messages like “Helloo???” He was inflexible about storing our bags, offering only an inconvenient off-site option. There’s no reception, and we were locked out at check-in with no response from the hotel representative —entry was only possible when another guest left. While centrally located and spacious, the unit is outdated, dark, and doesn’t match the photos. I do not recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay here. For less than the cost of a hotel, we had a very large apartment with a huge private outdoor patio, high ceilings and mere blocks to the Duomo! The giant tub in the bedroom was a welcome surprise. While very large, it's not really a 2 bedroom - it's one bedroom with a sofa bed in a nook with sliding doors. I stayed with my two teen daughters and there was plenty of room for us. You'll need your own kitchen supplies but don't expect to cook much with such delicious food right out the front door. Communication was a bit confusing - the hosts use WhatsApp instead of Expedia's messaging platform. I would be delighted to stay here again. Comfortable, quiet, spacious.

This is a good place to stay, spacious and modern right next door to museum Academia and a five minute walk to the Duoma. The only negative is the rooms were very hot, at night was 26c. They finally admitted they close air conditioning in September so we only had ventilation. It was not fun trying to sleep even with windows open. They also have a giant jacuzzi for the shower. If your older with mobility issues, it wouldn’t be great. They need to clean the black mold in calking! It is very modern with all conveniences in very good location. Probably wouldn’t stay there a second time. Ldd

Beautifully appointed and large apartment with many amenities! Loved the large living space, luxurious bathrooms and large kitchen. Close to the Duomo and many restaurants nearby. The only issue we had was the king size main bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. As well as the pillows were flat and terrible! We also had some strobe light or sensor(didn’t know if it was a camera??) going off by large bedroom windows and huge jacuzzi tub. Kept us awake each night. I was told we could turn it off but I could not see where at all. Overall though a beautiful place.

We just checkout out today with 3 nights stay! When you checked in, it impressed you it’s a fancy warm home ready for you. When you live in you will find ants in the kitchen, air condition got water leaking, , leaking water around the. floor, damages our bags and clothes, strong painting smells in the lobby, bad smells in some areas of the room, laundry machines is out of order, water tube made noice in the middle of night from upstairs, etc. very bad hardwares inside. Besides, poor communication from the management. I reported all of these issues but no words from them since day one. Still no response back so far…. Not worth the money paid and strongly suggest Expedia take them out of your list!

Quiet convenient location. The building is all apartments and has a nice lobby. But once we walked into the apt the place looked OK at first but smoke and mirrors for the bathroom. First the pocket door would not close in fact it was inside the wall and we couldn't even reach it to try to shut it. Second there was mold around the shower. Third the worst part is some tiles on the floor were missing and as we showered more started coming out. And last it was a shower/hot tub combo that was so deep to climb in and out of I ended up bruising my knee. I really don't know why anyone thought this very large combo shower was a good idea. It also had wobbly plastic doors on each side. Communication was confusing for example I was told there was no luggage storage but when I met the person who checked us in they showed us the luggage storage area. Also, I reported no Wifi and they said they knew it has been out and would be fixing it. If they knew this why didn't they tell me. I had a Zoom meeting that I came back to the apt for and would have been nice to know so I could have come up with an alternative plan.
