If being near the airport is important, this is an option. The train to the airport is nearby. Not the nicest walk. Keep in mind, the quality is slummy. I did not have hot water during the stay. Daily cleanings were making the bed. Otherwise, that was it. The piece of toilet paper on the ground when I arrived stayed on the floor the whole time I was there. Bed sheets were the extent of covering. There were blankets in the closet. However they looked like potato sack material. There was no daily breakfast as promised. WiFi is not available in all rooms as advertised. Don’t stay here.

Dingy, cement building that feels like a prison cell. First room was infested with mosquitos. Once we changed rooms, there were at least no bugs, but lots of dead bugs on the walls. Shower was dangerously slippery and the water got no where near hot. The front desk clerk was helpful and kind, but the hotel is not good at all.

The room was clean but very old. The few furniture were damaged. The lobby of the hotel had a smell, and with very old furniture. But the staff was very friendly and very helpful.

Walking into our room, there was a strong smell of cigarettes. We asked to change our room but were not able to. Later finding blood on pillows and on throw blankets. The shower is only covered by a curtain in the corner of the bathroom. The area felt skeptical. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was undergoing renovation thus no breakfast was provided. The staff was still helpful though. The walk from the airport to the hotel was a bit tricky because the roads around the airport provides little consideration for pedestrians.

I did not stay here. My 1 star review is based on their lack of customer service. I was booked to stay here the night before my flight left Florence. A week prior I found out my flight was changed and I would not need the room. I tried contacting the property to see about a refund or even a partial refund and I could not get in contact with anyone. I contacted Expedia, they also tried multiple attempts to reach the hotel but were unable to. I do understand that when I booked the room, it said that it was non refundable. However, my flight change was out of my hands and I feel there was enough notice time given to rent out the room and it would have been nice to receive even a partial refund. Or at least get in touch with someone!

Tivemos que sair um dia antes pois estava sem condições, primeiro quarto que nos colocaram o vaso sanitário não dava descarga e pediram que jogaremos água com um balde, lixo estava com prestobarba e pia com resquícios de barba, e quarto como se tá vesse em obra com pó de massa corrida, reclamamos e nos mudaram de quarto onde água do chuveiro não esquentava e estava cheio de pernilongo, frigobar quebrado, toalha com pelos de outra pessoa, pior um pouco que o outro, porém com a descarga do sanitário funcionando

The hotel was supposed to have a breakfast. It did not. For three nights of our stay out of four there was no hot water. The fridge didn't work. On the second day of our stay, apparently during cleaning, some of our food disappeared from the room (was stolen). We asked for a "No disturb" door knob hanger (to prevent future theft) and were given one that was created in front of our eyes by handwriting on a piece of paper. The manager of the hotel was in Rome and unreachable. The total impression was that it was a low level hotel in the third world country.

Equipements non fonctionnels, mobilier en mauvais état, pas d'eau chaude sanitaire, pas de restaurant, pas de service petit déjeuner et bruyants entre les chambres. Hôtel ne correspond pas à la description en ligne et très loin du 3 étoiles ! La taxe de séjour est donc aussi très surévaluée (12€ / jour pour un couple) !!

Receptionisten var mycket vänlig, lugn och ansträngde sig för att kommunicera på engelska även via telefonen. Hjälpsam. Obs. Det var en svår och komplicerad kommunikation på den hotellgrupp som Real befinner sig i. Trappan och korridoren som ledde till rummen var inte fräscha, och hissen var trasig. Rummet var okej, bara för en övernattning. Toaletten hade en smutsig och trasig spolning (rummet byttes omedelbart efter klagomålet). Självbetjäning för utcheckning, men vem som helst kunde komma åt nycklarna. Ingen entrékontroll vid hotelldörren (dörren var olåst). Fördelar: Det finns en lite parkering på hotellet. Renta a car och Airport jättenära, 5 min by car (utan trafik).

The place was extremely disappointing. No phones in rooms, key was tricky to use, and if there was a fire it would have been stressful to get out.no light blocking curtains, no bath mats, bathroom sink was plugged and nothing was done to fix it although we reported. It x2. Shower stall was disgusting and NO HOT WATER during our stay. The walls in our room looked like they slapped a coat of paint over mould stains and there were stains on the walls. There was no place to get coffee I could go on but you can get a sense of what it was like. Staff was great and helpful but I certainly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I did not stay at this property because the minute we checked in it looked like a prison. I gave it a chance by waiting on the room and when we were presented the room, it did look like a prison cell , the bathroom was all funky and moldy. we had to scramble for a hotel room right away online and left in a hurry. This is a disaster Expedia you should never list this hotel because it is non-operating it is dirty it has mold and it is just dirty, repulsive hideous in the building is falling apart. I am gonna file a claim and it’s a good thing I got insurance for this reservation. l.

Bon rapport qualité/prix

Agréable séjour dans l'hôtel Real. Nous avons trouvé que le rapport qualite/prix est excellent. La localisation est proche du tram T2 qui amene au centre ville en 20 minutes et il y a un parking gratuit sur place. La literie est confortable, nous avions une chambre donnant sur rue et n'avons pas ete dérangés par les bruits exterieurs. L'hôtel est dans son époque, un peu de modernité aurait donné un 5 sur 5 !
