We had an amazing time at Luxor Florence, at the beginning of our stay we were in a room upstairs and after talking to the front desk Adriana she moved us to a very quiet room for the baby. Everyone was very attentive Sharain, Awais, Sonia and Sara, With a baby I Felt comfortable and we also were able to have a baby travel bed in the room provided by the hotel. They offered a complimentary breakfast and accommodated some choices to make it more comfortable for the baby. The only thing missing I wish they had a baby high chair. Besides that Thank you to the whole Luxor team!!

The staff were all kind and helpful. Adriana went above and beyond every time, such a kind soul. Super helpful and kind. Always willing to help. She definitely made our stay much more enjoyable. The room was good, there were elevators which was great when carrying luggage. The included breakfast was also nice. The location was okay, 10-15 minutes walking to center of Florence. You have to walk through the train station to get to the hotel and that area is not the greatest. If you don’t mind that I would recommend. Otherwise, find another hotel where you don’t have to walk around the train station.

Breakfast was excellent, AC worked great keeping the room cool for sleeping, great location, walkable to everything, we had ground floor near the entrance rooms, which was very convenient. Don’t let the location near the train station and busy neighbourhood fool you, it was walkable from the train station and to all of the city.

Very close to the station and easy to walk to the centre of Florence. The room felt modern and newly furnished and was ideal for a few nights. The staff were very helpful and allowed me to leave luggage before checking in and took in up to my room before I returned. Would definitely return if visiting Florence again

Room was very clean. All staff was very good and helpful. Particularly Sera and Sonia help us above average. They also guide us about different type of transportation from their experience, such that we can travelling Florence comfortably. Breakfast quality was also very good. Three of us were very satisfied with quality of breakfast. Air conditioning was working nice. But they have no heating system.
