We really enjoyed hotel Hermitage. The location is prime and very walkable with easy access to so much that Florence has to offer. The breakfast served daily in a beautiful sunny room with attentive staff was just great. The rooftop restaurant was very good and the street level bar, Osteria delle Tres Panache truffle Bar was excellent. The staff, Rita and Gabrielle went above and beyond. The service they provided was extraordinary. Would definitely recommend this property.

This is a lovely little hotel, but the rooms are quite small and it is difficult to move between floors (check-in on the 5th floor), as the elevator is tiny and habitually in use by others. Good location, next to Ponte Vecchio and a pleasant rooftop restaurant.

The property is fantastic in terms of its location and room cleanliness. The breakfast was sufficient to start the day. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. However, I must mention that the beds are quite uncomfortable, resembling sleeping on a boxspring.

The hotel is perfectly located and beautifully decorated in a classic, maximalist style. Just steps from the Ponte vecchio, the windows open for a beautiful view of the Arno. Air conditioned rooms and comfortable beds, and a very helpful and kind front desk. The breakfast is sunny and elegant and the rooftop restaurant is excellent with amazing views. I traveled with a group of 6 (3 double rooms) including 4 very discerning young adults, and we all agreed that this was one of our favorite places that we have stayed.

What a unique hotel! Tall and narrow. Located on the river. Within walking distance of the many tourist sites. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable each morning in their breakfast room. Nice rooftop restaurant, reservations are needed. I would stay here again.
