Perfect location a real luxury. I enjoyed the outdoor terrace and the staff was friendly. A beautiful hotel and breakfast in an elegant space & is included. I would love to stay there again.

Excellent location. Next door to Uffizi Gallery and across the street from Rialto Bridge. Very clean and spacious room. Only downside is if you are in the new tower. It’s a fairly confusing maze of hallways and stairs.

Check-in was initially dreadful. It took 15 minutes with 3 people manning the desk and only one other client. The room was unclean so we were offered another room but a downgrade from our suite but then eventually a beautiful room with a terrace overlooking the Ponte Vecchio. I didn't like having to assert but the outcome was an absolutely beautiful room.

Great stay! Convenient location
Wonderful hotel so convenient to all the major attractions in Florence- right between Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi and not more than a 10-20min walk to the Duomo complex, Accademia, Santa Maria Novella, Pitti Palace etc. The surrounding area has a lot of options for restaurants so you'll never have to walk far for some tasty gelato or a Florentine steak! The entrance is on a corner so it is a little unassuming from the outside but the lounges and building itself is very beautifully decorated. Their rooftop bar has a nice view of the Duomo and prompt service, also tried their room service which never took longer than 10min. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food items, juices, fruits, yogurt, breads, and the breakfast team was great and will bring your coffee of choice. I stayed in January so the hotel itself was relatively quiet, never more than 5 or 6 tables occupied during breakfast and the one time I visited the rooftop for lunch there was max 4 of us there. Service was prompt despite the smaller amount of guests so I have no reason to believe the quality of the team changes when it is their high season. All in all an extremely pleasant stay. Will definitely stay here again during my next trip to Florence!

Easy to find about 15 min walk from the train terminal. Close to amazing restaurants and shopping and the tourist hotspots. Right on the river. The breakfast in a beautiful room is amazing. The rooms are excellent with high ceilings. Beautiful sitting areas on every floor.

Beautiful hotel right in the center of Florence, steps from the Uffizi museum and very close to all of the most relevant sites. No car or transportation needed, everything is walking distance. Lovely ambiance inside, our executive room was elegant and quiet. Staff was exquisite, very kind, discreet and professional. We would stay there again for sure.

Very basic, worn, old hotel for an adequate stay. It’s advertised as 4star and no way does it get this ranking. Service is 3 star and 2 stars for the condition of the room and all common areas except the rooftop bar. The breakfast was good. The bar on the roof has beautiful views and really good service from staff there. Rest of hotel staff were polite but not service oriented. They seemed tired. It’s in a very convenient location directly next to Uffizi, which I liked. And easy to go back and forth across Ponte Vecchio for different neighborhoods. Otherwise a basic stay and my room had 1970s/1980s furniture and decor that was very worn (ripped, scratched and broken). The bed was ok with lumpy pillows. I’ve stayed at many 4 star hotels throughout Italy and this was clearly not. Maybe in the 1980’s it was. So I thought overpriced for the condition.

This hotel located between Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery, 30 sec walk to both. We really enjoyed the stay, amazing breakfast and good local attractions and restaurants. The views of Ponte Vecchio from the room and the rooftop bar were amazing.

The Hotel degli Orafi is next door to the Uffizi and a minute away from the Ponte Vecchio, and what makes it perfect is the excellent staff (Eleana) and others. The rooms are lovely, the breakfast is fine, and the rooftop bar is fun for a day or night time view of the city. Recommendations for dinners were outstanding. We are very happy to have found this hotel.

Overall, the hotel was great! Warm service, nice amenities and the room size was great as well. The only downside would be the soundproofing issue. Noise from passerby or crowd downstairs was quite disturbing throughout the night. Great breakfast as well.

We stayed at Hotel degli Orafi in November 2023 for our wedding anniversary and everything was amazing - they even upgraded our room to a suite. Breakfast was included and the selection was hearty and very tasty. Hotel location couldn’t be better - everything was within 5 minutes walk. Rooftop bar was our favourite place to wind down at the end of the day - amazing view and cocktail/wine was just what we needed. Special thanks to Gabriele - he was amazing and shared not only his knowledge of wine and cocktails, but also shared his knowledge of Tuscany region. Highly recommend this hotel - spacious, clean rooms, great location, good price and super friendly staff- we would gladly go back again

Great location and clean
This hotel was a great place to land in the middle of the action. The river was just outside the door and a great location for two days. I walked from the train station with no problem ( i think it was 15 minutes). The front desk was helpful and the room was well appointed, clean and quiet. I enjoyed the bar and the view one night as well.

This was a great property for its location in Florence and where we wanted to visit. Driving to the property required patience and not running over pedestrian. It was awesome that we were able to drop off the car and have staff valet it for us. They told us upfront it would require an hour notice to retrieve it and we didn’t need it until the day we left. The property is older so some of the carpet has full. But it was clean. The closing the room door does require a little force making but once inside I don’t hear other people “slamming” their doors. Small room as expected and reflected it’s age. Very accommodating with their amenities including a bottle of wine and feee t shirt as a personal touch. Of course they had disposable slippers which are awesome! Would say this is a spacious bathroom compared to another hotel. Interesting lack of shower door but understand the design was needed. The bed was stiffer than our usual but that’s more a personal preference. We had a great view and didn’t feel enclosed. It was pretty quiet, no outside/environmental distraction. No noise around us from neighbors. Felt safe. The property was so convenient right next to the Piazza Della signoria (5-10min away by walking). Plenty of stores and restaurants around. Te best part was breakfast! Staff was very attentive. The cappuccino and expresso was heavenly. Plus the options for breakfast was awesome and better than the US. Absolutely would stay again.
