On arrival, our shower gel was empty and it took 2 requests to get more. When we did get it, it was not placed in the shower receptacle; it was left out on the sink counter. "

"There was leftover food in the microwave, trash around the mini fridge, dusty handprints on the bedside lamps, grime around the toilet and worse of all was a small side window, but big enough for someone to crawl in from the outside, next to the picture window that was left open. We didn't notice the window last night because we checked in around 11:00 p.m. and the curtains were closed. The bathtub was dirty as well. I have asked for a refund. In the approximate 100 hotel stays booked through Expedia this is my first complaint. Maybe we were assigned a room that wasn't supposed to be rented last night. I don't know."
