Placed in a quiet area a bit out of town center, with private parking for your rental (on request), and staff members that take exceptionally good care of you! The apartment was more than big enough for 2 people, with everything you need for a decent cost compared to many other places. The only negative we experienced was the lack of sound proofing between the concrete floors which can be better.

An excellent pied-à-terre to explore Florence

I’m grateful to have found this apartment. It came to my attention as I was looking for a self-catering apartment for a family of four that had parking, within walking distance of Florence’s many sights. This apartment fit the bill, but on top of that I was impressed by the cleanliness of the property; it had good appliances (including a Moka pot and a Nespresso machine, so you have options about morning coffee!). Also I found the staff very communicative before my arrival as I had questions. In sum, I would enthusiastically recommend.

Over all we enjoyed our stay here. Small parking underneath building, but made it work. Everything is within walking distance. And having the code to the room is a plus instead of walking around with a card.

Beautiful apartments in very convenient location

My family (group of 10) rented 3 apartments, and they worked out perfectly. They are within a 7 minute walk from the train station and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The host was amazingly helpful and super nice. The whole stay was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

Nice place. Served its purpose

We had a one-night stay in Florence before heading to Rome and wanted something close to everything, but at a fair price. This placed served its purpose. The staff was nice and helpful. Our Deluxe apartment was on the fourth floor. It had all of the amenities you could expect and was comfortable. The only issue was that the shower was the smallest I have ever been in. I couldn't bend over.

La struttura non fornisce chiavi ma codici di accesso elettronici sia per il portone che per le stanze. Ieri notte il codice del portone non funzionava e siamo stati 20 minuti a provare a contattare invano il numero delle emergenze. Poi per fortuna il codice ha funzionato e siamo riusciti ad entrare. Il mattino dopo, alla nostra lamentela per l’accaduto ci è stato detto che la prossima volta avrebbero tenuto il volume della suoneria del telefono più alto…

Wir waren 10 Nächte hier und ich kann die Location uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Insbesondere die Möglichkeit den PKW auf dem Hof gesichert abzustellen und der nette Kontakt zur 'Rezeption ' möchte ich erwähnen. Außerdem war die Wohnung in einem tadellosen Zustand und man konnte sich gut einrichten. Schade war lediglich, dass wir, als nicht-italienisch sprechende Gäste leider ausschließlich italienischsprachige Fernsehsender vorfanden. Aber das wardurchaus zu verkraften. Der Preis war zudem aus unserer Sicht auch sehr fair! Von uns: uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung!

Das Apartment war geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die beiden Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und haben uns viele Tipps zu Restaurants, Verkehrsmittel und Sightseeing gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

modern small apartment type set up with separate kitchen and living room area. Only issues were a hit and miss wifi signal... and very small twin beds... but this was one of my favorite places we stayed in all of Italy... and it was an easy walk to the museums, Domo and other areas of Firenza...

Great location and facilities with the car parking

The apartments are really well equipped with everything you need. The downside was the mattress was far too hard which caused us so much discomfort. Also although we were on the 3rd floor the bar outside was noisy until late each evening. WiFi could have been stronger as it dropped out in the evenings.

Zu Fuß ist man in 20min am Dom... die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, sein Auto kann man kostenlos in die Tiefgarage stellen. Nur 5min zu Fuß entfernt ist ein super Restaurant (La Taverna degli Artisti)

Super sejour bon accueil toutes les comodites ( parking airco vaisselles essuies et meme une cafetiere a l'italienne) nous avons sejournes a 5 et l'appartement etait juste bien avec une terrasse! Tout est tres récent et bien entretenu. Il nous manquqitjuste les draps du divan lit etcomme nous n3 l'avoms vu que le soir il n'y avait plus personne a la reception... mais le lendemain c'etait réglé ;)

Purely brilliant

Our trip was superb! We loved the location and the secure parking. The male host on the front desk was more than helpful. Make sure you take up the free bike rental - saves the footwork! We just didn't get the room cleaned or new towels for our whole stay, but we would go back.
