We loved staying with Elena at Fiorezia. Bedroom and bath we're roomy and clean. Breakfast was delicious and Elena was helpful showing us how to catch the bus to get to town. This was our favorite stay after 2-1/2 weeks in Italy.

Ruhig in einer Sackgasse gelegen. Parken in bzw. rund um die Sackgasse möglich. Ca. 5 Min. zur Bushsltestelle (mit Bus C11 gelangt man gut zum Dom, Brücke, Museen 2,50 EUR pro Person. B&B liegt im oberen Stockwerk. Schöner grosser Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Elena ist eine sehr nette und bemühte Gastgeberin. Frühstück war lecker und liebevoll vor-/zubereitet.

The property was WONDERFUL. The owner is great. Room very large and clean. Breakfast DELICIOUS! Elina, the owner really took care of us while we stayed here. She even provided laundry services! The only downside is its a bit out of the city so be prepared to take the local bus for about 10 min, but tickets are cheap - 1.5 euro!

Pleasant villa near city

Elena is an excellent hostess. The villa is beautiful; we wish we had more time to relax and enjoy the gardens. The breakfast was excellent (eggs, yogurt, fruit, cereals, pastries, coffee, juice). The room and bathroom was spacious and very clean. The beds were a bit firm for us, but after a long day of walking around Florence, I still slept fine. The wifi worked great. The villa sits on a small hill, so those who don't like a bit of a walk might prefer a different location. Rooms and breakfast area are on the 2nd floor, with about 30 steps to climb. I liked the fact that it was quiet and out of the busy city center. It was easy to get into and back from the city center on the #11 bus; the stop was a 5-minute walk from the villa. There was a few restaurants nearby, about a 10-minute walk. The pizza place that Elena recommended was very good. A McDonald's was just past that (we realized later, but wouldn't have gone there anyway). Area seemed quiet and safe, but we tried not to stay out too late. Overall, it was a delightful place to stay and I would recommend it.

Heerlijke accommodatie in Florence

Zeer vriendelijke host, Elena. De kamer is groot en voorzien van alle gemakken (eigen badkamer, groot tweepersoonsbed). Met de bus (bushalte op loopafstand) ben je in 10 minuten bij de Ponte Vecchio. Lopend is dit 25 a 30 minuten. Aanrader voor een verblijf in Florence.

Essential Florence

We did five days in Florence and as amazing as the city is it always felt good to come back to the B&B. To rest and recharge, eat some good food and soak up that last century charm of the spotless and beautifully furnished villa. And THAT garden! Short bus hop from Porta Romana and down town it felt lucky to us. Elena is lucky to have it and we felt lucky to be able to share it. Thank you Elena. Peter and Kathy

Schönes kleines B&B

Sehr nette Gastgeberin, die zusätzlich tolle Tipps für Florenz gibt. Liegt nicht direkt in der Innenstadt. Busanbindung funktioniert aber gut. Wer es gerne privat und persönlich mag, ist in der 3 Zimmer-Unterkunft gut aufgehoben.

Relax In Florence

The best B&b we had in Italy. Elena is a very nice host. She makes you feel home. She was here when we arrive and leave. She cooks breakfast every morning, can do also your laundry, give you a lot of information about Florence and the area. Her house is far from the quietness of Florence but close to walking distance. It s was relax to stay overthere, I ll be back.

Etablissement au top avec une hôte formidable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Elena qui est très accueillante et souriante, aux petits soins pour que l'on ne manque de rien. La chambre est spacieuse et très propre, la literie très confortable et le ménage est fait chaque jour. Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux et adapté à nous obligations et/ou envies. Le logement est bien situé dans une résidence calme, à 15/15 min d'un arrêt de bus pour se rendre dans le centre de Florence. Nous avons eu un petit cadeau lors de notre départ.. très touchant.

We had a great stay at Fiorenza! Elena was very welcoming! We felt like we were at home! Very clean and tidy, great breakfast, and close to the bus station, although its a pleasant walk down hill to the city center! Would stay here again! Elena was also helpful with recommendations of where to eat and things to do.

Outstanding value for money

Outstanding value for money. Elegant room, clean and tidy. Much more than simple Italian breakfast. We made Fiorenza a base for our journeys around every day, to Lukka, Siena, Pistoia, San Gimignano, Chianti, Florence, etc. We had very good support on all our tourist needs from very sympathetic owner. We recommend Fiorenza for sure.

This is the best B&B we have stayed in anywhere. The place is charming, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were perfect. Elena went above and beyond the call of duty spending literally hours helping me with a problem with travel issues. There is a nearby bus stop and you can even walk to the city if you are keen.

Beautiful traditional yet modern B&B within walking distance of Florence centre (aprox 30 mins). Elena is an amazing host and the breakfast was delicious too. Would definitely recommend to others.

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt

Meine Frau und ich waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Wahl! Elena war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vom Haus zur Bushaltestelle ins Zentrum von Florenz läuft man nur 5 min. Die Verfügbarkeit von Parkplätzen ist knapp, aber Elena konnte helfen. In der Hochsaison ist das sicher schwieriger.
