The room could use some sprucing up, needs new paint. Our room key didn't work and we had to get a new room key and the attendant was rude and looked agitated when we asked for a new key
We had to buy pillows. There were burn marks along the tub. One light couldn't be plugged in because plug didn't reach outlet.The fridge was so small and no freezer. The microwave was very old. We kept getting locked out of our room and the lock was supposed to be fixed. No breakfast but advertised online and in lobby. Definitely not up to Choice hotel standards.
Very affordable.
The rooms smelled musty since the AC was off and the bath tub had rusty spots everywhere. Other than that the behind the counter guy was very helpful and nice.
Place is so so filthy. Broken mirror, busted half hanging off bathroom door. Holes all over walls. Coat rack hanging off wall. ECT ECT ECT. Tried sending photos.
I've stayed at this location many times and have been pleased with what I got for the price, but this last time the carpet was dirty, and the tub was awful it was stained and just dirty, the linens seemed clean, and the door locked so for the money I guess it was okay.

Wouldn’t book this again.
When I checked in the front desk staff room was super nice. I verified that I was a first floor room that was handicap accessible. He confirmed that for me. That was not the case, our room was nowhere near a handicap ramp or parking spot and the room was not accessible. My daughter could not even get into the door of the bathroom in her wheelchair. Very disappointing but as it was after 9pm we just dealt with it. Light fixture in room had rust all over the base and the tv had no signal so we couldn’t watch tv. The tub was gross and they had a slimy mat laid down in the bottom of it.
When I first checked in I was sent to a room that was already occupied, man at the front desk was very upset over it cause I was the 3rd or fourth person it had happened to that night due to someone else not doing what they was suppose to. On my second day there I had housekeeping keep knocking on my door after I had already told them they wasn’t needed I finally had to tell him to go away. Room wasn’t clean like it should have been this is the second time I have had issues here.
Place was horrible. Very dirty, cigarette burns all over the sink and tub. The room smelled like sewage and there was vomit on the curtains. People were also in the stairwell doing drugs. Left and got a refund.
I booked a king room but was given 2 double beds. The carpet was very dirty and the room smelled very bad. I will never stay there. We went to another hotel.
Cable sucked, bathroom door was old and flimsy, was suppose to be handicap room and we had to ask for chair, blow dryer was messed up and broken off into the wall! Knocking at 10 asking us to leave when check out was at 11. Card didn’t work everyday, had to go to the office to get reprogrammed

Where should I start first thing I stayed at econo for at least three weeks they cleaned my room once twice I put trash outside of my room for them to empty it they never did my trash stayed outside for at least two days next thing is I had my do not 🚫 disturb sign on my door and they came banging on my door at 9:00am . That had me extremely angry..last but not leasr I got up to use the bathroom at maybe 4:00am now I'm terrified of spiders.i came out the bathroom to be greeted by a brown recluse and I'm not talking about a small one ..I locked myself in the bathroom scared for about 30 mins I came back out the spider was still there so I grabbed my cell phone and called the office ...the guy told me he was not coming to kill this spider I expressed how afraid and terrified I was of spiders again he said to me he wasn't coming by this time I ran outside at 4am half dressed..and waited to see if I can find anyone to come get this spider out of my room finally I saw a male guest and I explained to him I'm afraid so a freaked guest that I do not know and have never met really I had to let a stranger into my room to kill this spider now remind you I've paid right at maybe 1,500 or more to stay here

I didn't feel unsafe but when I stepped out my room I had to face people begging for money. I checked for bed bugs but still got bitten. Still dealing with a swollen arm from it. The staff was really nice though. Even though they were I won't be back.

Booked a smoking room, was told when i checked in there were no smoking rooms left. Room was adequate looking, smelled bad though. Mini fridge radiated so much heat I was nervous it may catch on fire. Toilet ran the entire time. Beds were rock hard and room had a lot of moisture in it.

We stayed multiple nights and changed rooms every night. All rooms were had mold and mildew in the bathrooms. Beds were great for comfort and we did sleep well. The lady up front made us leave after three days because she said someone called and said that we had stole something from Walmart and the cops came out. We never left the room nor saw any cops and we are here from out of town with out our car.

The room I stayed in was clean but also in desperate need of maintenance. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and there was evidence of an electrical fire in an outlet near the air conditioner that was apparently never cleaned up.
My wife and children left because someone continually tried to open the door to their room and the lock did not work well. Thank God for the chain on the door! I want a refund. This is outrageous!
Employee at check in was very rude. Didn’t even really verify my information at check in either. Buildings have no security, anyone could walk right into them as they require no kind of scan in with your card. The room was filthy. There were no towels in the room, there was trash on the floor, and hair all over the beds. When we left in the morning there was literally someone sleeping in the hallway of the building.
Do NOT stay here. This was a dangerous situation. Very sketchy characters with their room doors wide open. My room didn’t have electric on the front half. It was really gross inside. I actually felt like I was in danger and if bandit had my dogs with me, would have 100% left and found a suitable room.
