The check in was very fast, the clerk was very friendly. Breakfast was very good as well. Room was clean.

Needing a hotel in the area...driving many hours all we wanted to do was sleep. 11:00 pm check in, the outdated lobby was locked. We rang the bell for 20 mins finally someone came from around the building to let us in. By that time 2 other guest had joined the wait! The room smelled of damp,stale cigarettes. I had asked for a non-smoking room. We had to be up a 5:30 the next morning so I just needed to sleep.

This hotel could use some brushing up. However, I was fully satisfied with the facility and the price. As much as I have traveled when I worked in engineering and construction, my attitude has become just how much does it cost per hour for a place to sleep.

Did not feel safe

The service was decent. When we first checked in, our room had obviously not been cleaned, there was trash all over the floor, so they gave us a new room. It was decently clean and comfortable but the only way I can describe this motel is that we were scared somebody was going to break in and murder us all in our sleep. There were many unsavory characters hanging around outside for most of the night, I was honestly relieved to find our car still there the next morning. Would NOT ever stay here again.

Sketchy area

Hotel was convenient to I-95 and was the only hotel that was affordable on labor day weekend on the way to Myrtle Beach. Here's why: Very sketchy area with people hanging out outside their rooms or "homes" A/C was very inadequate and so loud that it was difficult to sleep. Beds were horrible, carpet was dirty. People making all sorts or racket well into the night (after midnight!) Would NOT recommend even for a desperate TRUCKER!

The Honest Truth

The carpet was wet, the sheets and pillow cases was dirty. The shower head was rusty. It was just awful. I was I wouldn't have number stayed there but I couldn't get my money back. It was not what I expected after getting off the road for eight hours!

EASY ACCESS TO EVERYTHING

The room was comfortable, but there was long brown hairs all over the bathroom walls and the bedspread, other than that it was a nice stay.

Not a place to stay for more than a night

Make sure to put the do not disturb sign on your door or the cleaning staff will be knocking at 8 am....and if you tell them you're not ready for them, they will not come back. Everyone is very nice, but it's a run down hole in the wall. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone staying for more than just the night. We were there 4 nights for a softball tournament, and it was awful!

it looked like an older hotel, very basic, it is ok if you are staying one night on your way in the middle of a trip, but would not stay there more than one night.

Though it was a heat wave, the AC was not working and it looked like someone had vomited on it.

You get what you pay for!

The staff was pleasant and they tried to do as best they could trying to operate a low budget hotel. This was one of the better low budget hotels that I have stayed at but I would not stay there again.

NOT A GOOD LOOK

Days Inn was very disapointing to my family. Even though I guess the staff was trying because they have responded to our demands in a timely manner but I think they definitely need to reinvent this hotel to make it more family-friendly. Our room smelled really bad and my kids couldn't enjoy their stay.

Good for the money.

NOW THIS WAS NOT THE GRANDEST, BUT IT WAS PRETTY GOOD OUR BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE. HOTEL STAFF WAS VERY NICE. NOT ALOT OF NOISE AND WE WERE POOL SIDE. ROOM SEEMED TO BE CLEAN. PRETTY GOOD BARGIN FOR THE MOST PART.

Very comfortable, clean, and welcoming

This Days Inn offered my wife, pet, and me a very comfortable stay at a great value. I would stay here again without reservation. The staff was very cordial and helpful, even providing me with the opportunity to keep a bag of frozen produce frozen overnight in an extra freezer they had. I think they are doing a great job of keeping the facility clean and up to date for individuals/companies that do not want to spend a lot of money for semi-luxury that they get from hotels/motels that charge 2-4 times as much. Over the past 40 years I have traveled extensively, mostly on business, but often for personal reasons and stayed at the best and the worst. Sometimes the best was the worst. This Days Inn was one of the best for the value paid.
