Could be great, but just a few little issues

The apartment itself was fine. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space. But we couldn’t turn on the stove, which meant we couldn’t boil the jug. So we had to microwave water for coffee and tea. The dryer did not spin, so the clothes did not dry properly. Hot water in the showers lasted for about 10 minutes total across the 3 nights we were there. So we had to have freezing cold showers for the last 2 days.

Very average at best

I booked this as a solo traveler as the location was good - but unfortunately it was a dissapointing experience. On arriving at the appartment I was surprised to find the lounge room made-up for guests. Ie the 2 couches we turned into beds so I was unable to use this space unless I messed up the beds. I had choice of two rooms to sleep in - the first one smelt of urine so I used the other room. The "double bed" was two single beds pushed together and held by a fitted sheet and during the night the beds seperated and I pretty much ended up on the floor! Not sure how a couple would enjoy this! The water pressure in the bathroom was very weak. The kitchen looked well equipt. And the accommodation could sleep a large family so I'm sure it would be good for that type of guest. I did request a reduction on the cleaning fee as I only used one room and not all the other beds that were avaliable, but the only reply I recieved twice was please rate your trip! I would not stay here again

Roberto came to our rescue late on a Friday night when our previously booked accommodation let us down. We were able to check in using the KEEZY system at 10 o clock next morning which was great. This property is in a fantastic location, yards both from the Doumo and the Academia. The apartment has lots of room and the air con is very welcome. It’s important to know that the apartment is on the 4th floor and there’s no lift, so you need to be prepared for the stairs with your luggage.

Apartment was clean and spacious. Toilet not working to well in one bathroom and smelled like sewer. Shower took forever to get hot water. Situated on 4th floor with over 100 steps to reach. Tough climb after long days of sightseeing. Keesy key box not very intuative.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni in questo appartamento, perfetto sotto ogni punto di vista... Non manca di nulla! Unica pecca 4 piani senza ascensore ma ne vale la pena.

Check In Muy mal por Pago Extra, Departamento bien

El departamento realmente muy limpio y cómodo con todas las condiciones incluso con lavadora y secadora y a unos pasos del centro de Florencia. No me gustó que hice la reservación con pago anticipado y cuando llegamos a donde se hace el Check In te salen con que hay que pagar 75 Euros "POR LIMPIEZA" más el pago de los impuestos terminando por pagar 115 EUROS MÁS, es decir como otra noche más prácticamente. Un robo realmente, MUY MOLESTO por esto...Solo por esto no volvería a este departamento, además de que está en el cuarto piso y con maletas es muy muy pesado llegar.

The people in Apartmento Dante are very accommodating and efficient. Few days before we stayed, they contacted us for our arrival time, but our plans changed and they were okay with it. We used WhatsApp as our means of communication and it was great. We arrived and they were waiting for us, showed us the place, explained everything thoroughly, suggested good places to see, visit, and where to eat. Then, there were a problem with the iron and dryer, but they fixed it right away. The beds were 2 double beds put together to make a queen bed, but through the night, it separated as they were not supported properly. The place itself was big for our family of 5. It had a dryer which was a plus. The only thing that was not very nice was the 102 steps going up as it was on the top floor, and no lift. But the location was just 1 block from the Duomo on the right and Accademia Gallery on the left, and very central to everything. Will I stay here again? With the price and location and people, I would definitely. Overall happy.
