Everything as described. Very good in air conditioning on that hot days. Shower jet is powerful. Nice. However, if the napkins / tissues papers / paper towels were to provide for the rooms, kitchen and bathroom/washroom. This will be wonderful and superb. Overall, is good with reasonable price for us.

Location was excellent but everything else was unfortunately disappointing. We arrived to an unclean apartment, with blood on the bunk beds, hair everywhere, and dirty floors. There's no WiFi or cell signal in either bedroom, which made it hard to stay connected. Lastly, the soundproofing is nonexistent; every conversation upstairs, every piece of furniture moved, and every passerby outside came through clearly as if they were in the apartment. Despite the great location, we would not stay again.

Great apartment with high ceilings and modern amenities. Quiet street with good local restaurants nearby. One detail that could be improved is the floor in the shower was not sloped correctly for proper drainage flow. Not a major issue but could/should be resolved in the future. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here in November and had a wonderful experience. The location worked perfectly for my husband and I, close enough to the center to get everywhere easily, yet set in a quiet residential part of Florence where we could feel the local rhythm of the city. The staff who look after the house were all very easy to communicate with. The whole stay was smooth and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time here!

Lovely and well-located apartment in the Altrarno neighborhood of Florence. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shopping nearby. Communication with manager was excellent and prompt. Only issue was spotty wifi, but truly a minor inconvenience.

Apartment with two large bedrooms in a neighborhood away from the tourists. The apartment worked for 3 adults but it has some outdated features and the chandeliers need a dusting throughout. The other units in the building appears to be managed by the same company. The management company was quick to send someone to look at windows that weren’t locking properly. The issue was resolved swiftly.

Great apartment with great location walkable to all the good spots. There’s a washer too which was great. It wasn’t working and the company sent someone in less than an hour and fixed it. No doubt best stay experience.

Overall, it was a nice apartment. Clean, comfortable and great staff communication. It could do with some cleaning supplies in the kitchen, bathroom dispenser and noise hours regulation.
