"Nobody clean the room I stay three night, and nobody changed towel the soap in the shower finish and nobody care the menu downstairs in the lobby was very poor "

"Staff are so friendly and helpful, breakfast included in the price of the stay and is excellent. Cheap supermarket right next door, 5 minutes walk from the train and bus to Phantasialand right across the road (only runs once an hour though). Overall excellent hotel"
