「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」

「Opal Sands exceeded our expectation. Check in was swift, valet parking pleasant and off to our room in minutes. Gulf view with manatee, dolphins, pleasure boats entertaining us during our stay. This resort has a pool 3ft max. depth with lounge chairs adjacent to tiki bar and to the water below the sea wall. Just you and a waterview with the spectacular west coast sunset. 「The elevator isn't working, and when we were notified upon arrival at the hotel, they assigned me the fifth floor. The room only has a coffeemaker. They left the coffee grounds and cream, but NOT the glasses. The ice machines are only working, one of the two available for five floors.」
