「We did not see the owner at all during the stay. The whole property is full of dust and hasn't been cleaned for a while. There is no breakfast option during weekends (even if paying extra), the kitchen common area is not maintained (trash full of garbage not emptied, milk expired for 2 months in the fridge). It's like if the owner does not care much about the guests. It really felt dirty, unmaintained, and unmanaged. Other clients left after 1 night out of 3 without bothering claiming for refund...

「A lovely, quirky place to stay! Really convenient for Ghent centre, with parking and EV charging. We were in the Captain’s cabin which was great for the three of us. Breakfast was very nice too. Only improvement would have been the shower room. 「I would highly recommend this stay for anybody! Alex the host was so friendly and accommodating. We arrived before check in and he allowed us to come in early and drop off our luggage and gave us a tour of the property. Breakfast was nice and we even met his dog Luna :-). We were a block away from a portion of the Christmas markets and about 8 minutes from all the downtown shops and sights. Stop looking and just stay here!」
