「The room stunk and the help could barely speak good English. The owner came pounding on my door at 11:00 am to tell me it was checkout time , but my checkout day wasn't until the next day. This place was a joke. I had to empty my own garbage. My toilet plugged up and the owner gave me the plunger and told me to bring it back when I was done. This place was a joke. What a waste of my hard earned money!!!!!!!!!」

「The hotel staff were amazing. The breakfast was plentiful and good. Our suite was super spacious and super glad we went with the kitchenette. It could use a few more mirrors in the seating area, aside from the bathroom and sleeping area. This helps when 4 people are trying to get ready at once. 10-15min Uber to anywhere really. Overall - we'd stay there again.」

「The room was rough and dirty. We didn’t feel like staying there at all so we left. Because we changed our reservation from the 28th of June to the 21st, the rate had changed and we were due a refund. My bank has already paid 95.00 for the room that was booked for the 28th. When should I expect the refund? Very disappointing room conditions」

「This is not my first time staying at this establishment. This is the place. I prefer to stay when I’m in Nashville. I love its location. The staff is very friendly and I like the live music at their bar.」

「The property was beautifully maintained. The room and the rest of the building was really well maintained. The amenities were very useful as was the close parking. Inner action with staff was not the best but acceptable. Unfortunately, I didn't use the breakfast perk but from all appearances it looked quite fulfilling facilitating all appetites.」

「We have stayed here multiple times over the last 7 months and the last two stays have been different. The room was not very clean overall which is uncommon for this hotel. We did not contact the front desk since we were only stay a couple of nights. The staff is amazing and very helpful. If I would have asked, I believe they would have had the room cleaned again.」

「The non-smoking room smelled like smoke and were stained. One of our rooms the burner wasn't on the stove. The pictures online are deceptive. The stairs aren't safe leading from the second floor to the third was crumbling. We left within 20 minutes of checking in. I've never done that before.」
