Nice hotel no food nearby

Monday night and no food at the hotel. Nothing nearby. 20kms - Dole. Waste of time. They must ensure guests are aware by text.

An extra night

We booked another night for our stopover due to storm warning that could delay our planned arrival and we were kucky to secure the room for this extra night. We had booked table at the restaurant for dinner which was fantastic - complement to the chef.

Pure luxury in a beautiful setting

Beautiful location and room. Very comfortable and every little touch has been considered. The hotel is stunning and immaculate. We stayed one night to break up a journey to the south coast, but would have loved to stay longer. The restaurant was fully booked when we arrived, but the staff booked us into a restaurant in the centre of Flammerans which was very good. The only niggle was that we were not allowed to have our breakfast on the terrace because we had not pre-booked this and the table was already laid inside! It would have been easy to move the cutlery outside but pas possible! However, I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Me get find slot - wellness hotel. Smukt vÊrelse, fin swimmingpool. Meget venlig og serviceminded personale. Maden var ogsÄ rigtig god og til en rimelig pris. Dog beliggende i et lidt kedeligt omrÄde og forholdvis langt til et spisested, hvis man ikke spiser pÄ slottet, som har lukket deres restaurant sÞndag aften!

Lovely restored chateau near Dijon

Beautifully restored chateau and very friendly, helpful staff who did their best to make our stay a good one. The two things they could improve would be 1) to email in advance (a week before?) to ask if we wanted to eat in the restaurant. After 6hours of driving, we arrived to hear that the restaurant was full that evening (we only picked up messages from the hotel from earlier in the day when we arrived) and the last thing we wanted to do was drive to Auxonne for dinner. But Clement did book a table for us at Le Corbeau, which was excellent. And 2) to indicate where the bar is located in the chateau... it took us a while to realise that it was actually in the salon next to the restaurant.

Lovely comfortable hotel

Pleasantly surprised to get a late booking en route to the Alps. Food in the restaurant for dinner was excellent, though breakfast perhaps didn’t live up to the same high standard. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the rooms lovely & comfortable, we felt so at home we hope to stay again on our way back home, thank you Chateau de Flammerans!

Joli, mais un peu perdu

Joli petit chùteau dans ce village un peu perdu dans la campagne. L'accueil est tres bien. Les chambres dans le chùteau sont superbes, au 2Úme etage avec ascenseur, spacieuses et trÚs confortables. Les lits... Une pure merveille ! Une énorme tv ecran plat au dessus de la cheminée. Ils font restaurant le soir pour les convives a 38 euro avec un menu fixe, sans grand choix. Mais heureusement c'était bon... Le petit déjeuner n'est pas compris et il vous en coûtera 14 euro. Il y a un jacuzzi avec sauna. Malheureusemen il font payer la sauna a 25 euro ! A part ça sans voiture, oubliez !

Het chateau is prachtig en net helemaal gerenoveerd. Het diner en ontbijt zijn zwaar onder de maat, en steken schril af bij het comfort van het chateau. Ons advies: wel verblijven en slapen, zeker niet gaan eten!!
