The carpet was so dirty it was crusty. Gross! Sketchy people were hanging out in the parking lot all night. No products except tiny little bars of soap. I thought it would be a little better than the motel 6 I used to stay at but it was worse, and dirty!

Spacious, ok room for 2 nights while visiting Grand Canyon, with relatively reasonable price. Facility & room older, cleanliness ok but could be better. Nice desk staff, easy check in, spacious room with newer mini fridge and microwave. Also has simple coffee maker, iron & ironing board, tv with many channels; ice machine and coin washer & dryer near office. Impressed with soundproofing: interstate 1000 ft away on one side, trains run slightly farther on the other, with noisier traffic in street alongside, but we heard nothing in the room. When in use, heating unit in wall was pretty noisy when it cycled on... had to turn up volume when watching tv... could interfere with sleep (didn't bother us). Walmart, McDonalds, Outback, and gas station close by (1-2 minute drive). I'd stay again, wife says she wouldn't.

We stayed in a family bedroom with 3 beds. It was very comfortable and spacious. We had a nice heater to keep us warm from the frosty weather. Location is good and close to dinners/ breakfast.

“Studio” is just just lipstick on a pig. Nothing special here at all. Fridge was open, TV barely worked, faucet for the shower leaked, in room coffee couldn’t get any cheaper, zero toiletries except a single bar of soap, unwelcoming front desk, and a deposit worth more than pretty much anything in the room. I get it that motel 6 is a budget option, but this one tries to pawn itself off with a rebrand and fails to even come up to normal motel 6 standards. I’m somewhat local and get stuck in flag regularly due to snow, so i stay in town often. Way better options in the same price. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $10 elsewhere

I’ve stayed at a lot of Motel 6s - and this is a Motel 6, don’t be fooled by the name - and I’ve said I would never use them again. However, this one was in pretty good condition relative to my previous Motel 6 stays. Rooms were clean, furniture was in good shape, carpet in good shape, heater worked efficiently and not too loud. Staff was friendly and prompt. This is located between the interstate and a fairly busy arterial road, so do yourself a favor and ask for a room in the middle of the building rather than on either of the far ends.

Upon arrival, the woman at the front desk was so nice and helpful. I knew I had a deposit and paid it with my card. She said Id get it back upon a walk thru of my room when I leave. I booked the room for 2 nights but we only stayed the first night. A different woman at checkout said my deposit would be released that evening 12/26/23. Looking at my bank statement, the deposit has now posted as a charge. Ive tried to call (23 times) with no answer. I booked through expedia and they cannot help as I paid the deposit in person and not through their app. As far as she was concerned , no deposit was charged. The room was clean, the woman at checkin was a real sweetheart. I am not sure whats going on. ** We only stayed 1 of our 2 nights. The room was left as we found it. We have video from when we entered and when we left. There is no damage so there is no reason to have kept the deposit. **
