We apologize we didn't explain the room features, that is our fault completely and we will inform guests who check into these room types on how to work the switches so they are not as mystified. We hope you stay again and next time if you book, please let us know how to better prepare for you! We can place you in quieter areas, higher floors, away from elevators and exits...Whatever you want we always try our best to honor as many guest requests as possible. Otherwise, we are glad you enjoyed the space and hopefully rates are kinder. Our hotel definitely can have high rates, especially on weekends and holidays. That said, thank you so much for choosing our hotel and for choosing Marriott!

Hello Kara! On behalf of the hotel, we would like to apologize for not having the pool open when you wanted to use it. We understand how disappointing that is, especially with kids that just want to go to the pool (I was one of those kids!). We did inform our management team to reach out and we did waive that parking at least. With 3rd party reservations, unfortunately we can't modify the rates otherwise we would take some off the rate. If you are a member with Bonvoy, let us know. We can send some points if that might help a little. Aside from the pool, I hope everything else was up to Marriott standards. Disappointed guests are the last thing we want and we hope you stay with us in the future so we can make a better impression. When you do book, please give us a call so we can make sure everything is perfect for you the next time around.
