We did like that our request for a place with short stairs was given and was very much appreciated due to a disability. We did not care that we had to drive to everything as the pool and clubhouse was far away - not like our typical resorts. Now as for the room - we did not care for the "joining rooms door" that was between the condos as we could hear everything next door to us. Also the floor in front of the fridge was very sticky so we had to lay an extra bath towel on the floor while we were there. The one thing we really did not care for, was the "pushy" sales staff. Even after we had said no, they kept hounding us to get us to come in to a presentation. We have been owners since 1998 and this is the very first time we were constantly asked to come in. We understand they have a job to do, but they went too far. Thank you for at least a nice place for us to relax from all our driving.

This property was selected because of the affordable price and proximity to meetings we had to attend. We chose it again while passing through the same area on our return trip because it was a known and acceptable entity for needs.

Bathroom was very clean, but the bed side table was covered in syrup, including the phone. Also, the bed sheets did not appear to be fresh and clean. The site showed that it was pet friendly but neglected to mention there was a charge for the pet and that he wasn’t. Allowed anywhere other than the room.

The first room we were given was not cleaned properly (filthy mirror, hair on toilet seat) and the second room was not much better (dirty walls, shower, and surfaces). The cleaning staff does not seem to be doing a thorough job and there is a lot of wear and tear (tape on baseboards, peeling paint, mold in grout, etc). The breakfast had very little nutritional options like fresh fruit or protein, and instead had mostly carbs. I also didn't feel very safe staying there. Overall the Inn was way overpriced for what you receive and I would never choose to stay in this Inn again nor would I recommend it to anyone I know. The staff were polite however.

It was a good place to stop. Good restaurants around. The property has thin walls as we listened to our neighboring room dog bark incessantly when they locked it in the bathroom while they were out of their room. Two story property with no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of things to unload. We appreciated the coffee in the room. One cool thing they offered was “room service.” The menu is from the Mexican restaurant across the street and can take up to 45 minutes, but sometimes you don’t feel like going anywhere after traveling for a long time. We just ended up walking across the street to the Buffalo Wild Wings (overpriced). There is also a Walmart across the street. The room was clean and comfortable. But there are other properties very close that we would try before staying here again.
