「Tres bon sejour . Seul point negatif quand nous sommes arrivés le numero de reservation n etait pas bon don j ai du appele l assistance pour avoir notre chambre , problem resolu rapidement . Aussi notre chambre avait une odeur desagreable ,la personne de la reception nous en a donner une autre .2eme probleme resolu . 「有许多的停车位，走路7-8分钟即可到达市中心。房间略小但是需要的基本浴巾与床单还是干净整洁。遗憾的是没有电热水壶以及小冰箱，夏日比较不方便保存买来的酒以及食物。」

「The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. She then even counter...

「Really nice hotel with excellent staff. All members appeared well trained and were extremely friendly. Great position and easy to access. Room was very large and good breakfast. One of two parts now need updating but on the whole very nice hotel. Parking was confused €20 a night which is fine but some guests were parking free just in front of hotel which we could have done had we known. Very dog friendly. Would definitely stay again. 」
