「I don't know whether the hotel has upgraded my room or not. The room was at the end of the corridor which has a fantastic and wonderful 180 degree view (3 different directions) of andalsnes. The breakfast was very good and there is coffee maker in the room. The hotel was located in a higher level of andalsnes. 「We had great time . The view of fjord from the garden is amazing. Enough tables/chairs to enjoy view during breakfast. Our room had fully kitchen. Has washer/dryer. Although location is not walking distance from Geiranger port but the owner offers shuttles for a reasonable 150 NOK per person . The host Ian is very knowledgeable but can be awkward at times. He likes to talk about Geiranger which in a way is good for us tourists who are new to the area. I would suggest the owner to post better...

「We arrived just after the kitchen closed after having travelled a long way . Given it was my birthday I was hoping for a special meal . When I told the receptionist it was my birthday the chef said I will sort it for you . He prepared us a delicious meal of fish soup and king prawns and pasta with homemade butter . It was truly delicious and I would say Michelin star level . What a kind man . The breakfast was equally delicious with homemade muesli and homemade biscuits with the normal extras...
