Five Points Vacations

"Grossest hotel I’ve stayed at. Bad location and very unkept."

"This is a cool old southern house. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. We were visiting a relative that lives in town and this was close by and just as affordable as the motels in town. We had the bridal suite, which was spacious. There were 2 things that could be improved upon, but are minor issues. 1: Shower water pressure was low 2: The door to the room stuck very hard and you made a bunch of noise trying to open or close it, Luckily there were no other guests in the house...

"There were roaches in the room. One crawled across my face and they refused to refund, give a free or reduced night. They wouldn't do anything."

"The hotel was dirty. The toilet was clogged. The phone didn’t work. No dial tone so had to go down to report the toilet and I was given a plunger and considering it was already clogged upon me checking in, maybe a maintenance person should have came up. The ice machine was not even plugged in but considering how dirty everything was maybe that was a good thing."

"My AC never worked. Called maintenance who reset it and told me to wait a few hours. It didn’t work. Called the front desk who told me I waited too long, maintenance was gone, they didn’t have a fan, no other rooms were available. I had to find another hotel."

"Room and lobby were normal for what I would expect. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I wish they offered a complimentary breakfast, or at least an expanded menu for the in-house Bistro. The Bistro has a very limited breakfast menu."
