"Room had a refrigerator which was frozen up. desk person promised to have it looked at the next day, never saw the person. Here 3 days, there was NO room service during my stay. Bathroom sink drained very slow and faucet was leaking."

"I expected a nicer stay. The room was dilapidated, paint covering rotting wall tiles, ceiling, wall texture and bed frames. The chairs were absolutely filthy. My grandmother was so disgusted, she refused to take her clothes off & slept on top of the sheets with a shopping bag barrier between her and any linens. Would not recommend & will not return."

"The hotel is somewhat outdated 70’s - 80’s era could use a makeover. The staff is incredible and definitely the strong point of the hotel. Location is great, Greenville is on the rise very safe and clean lots of great businesses retail and restaurant. I once felt this way about Asheville but it lost its charm well before the big storm, hope Greenville stays the course it’s on."
