Il mio giudizio è sicuramente molto positivo, personale gentile, molto pulito, posizione ottima. Une pecche sono la mancanza di condizionatore e di un minifrigo nelle stanze. Inoltre la colazione a buffet viene servita nella parte salata (un po fastidioso). Comunque lo consiglio.

Struttura essenziale, comoda, con servizi base, pulita, personale cortese, sicuramente ci è stato un errore sul calcolo della tassa di soggiorno in quanto ci è stata fatta pagare anche alle bimbe di 7 e 8 anni, ma ci siamo resi conto solo usciti di li e per la piccola cifra andava bene l abbiamo considerata una piccola mancia. Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte per spezzare il viaggio dalla Sicilia al Piemonte in 2 adulti e 2 bambini. L’hotel è meraviglioso, camere pulite e ben arredate, parcheggio accessibile facilmente, dintorni della struttura pieni di ristoranti, negozi, bar, pub e gelaterie, colazione ottima tutto fatto da loro con torte che sono squisite! Siamo stati accolti molto bene personale gentile e cordiale. Ci hanno dato tutte le informazioni che volevamo, se dovrei ritornare a Fiuggi sicuramente ritornerei in questo hotel. Hotel carino, un po' datato ma situato in ottima posizione, che sicuramente potrebbe essere gestito meglio.. di positivo il parcheggio gratuito e il contesto... Da rivedere assolutamente la colazione nella quale non sono previsti neanche i semplici croissant ma soltanto torte di mediocre qualità. Un altra cosa che non ho apprezzato è stato dalla reception "neanche un sorriso" e quando ho chiesto che tipo di cuscini avevano, sentirmi dire che era inutile cercare una scelta perché tanto si lamentano tutti... MAH!! Resto molto perplesso... Altra nota dolente il materasso a molle è pergiunta il ns era frutto dell'unione di 2 singoli... Per ultimo, il prezzo, è davvero ottimo e forse perché proporzionato alla qualità, P. S. Ottima la Pulizia della stanza

Gradevole struttura in posizione centralissima a due passi dal corso principale. Personale veramente gentile e disponibile e molto accogliente.
