I called the hotel and they had the notes in the system of the employee who had told me this.. they had since fired that employee and still refused my refund. I wouldn’t have cancelled had I known I wasn’t getting a refund. This is on management for not training correctly. Management has the option to give the refund and still decided not too. Very poorly managed hotel… terrible customer service and poor attitudes. Guy at the front desk actually hung up on me! "
