"I booked thru hotels.com. i received a confirmation for 3 nights in Dulce Cabana. communications was horrible. "Both bedrooms smelled very bad because of the bathroom pipes. We felt we slept in a sewer. Terrible night sleep because windows had to be opened and there were a lot of mosquitoes coming in the room. We woke up with multiple mosquito bites.
