"Always a good value for the money. Family-run business with high priority placed on guests' needs. Staff is great. Much nicer folks than at other "budget" options in the area.
Rooms are clean.
Beds are comfy.
Heating & AC work well, as do the appliances. We will stay again when in that area. Great alternative to impersonal chain motels & hotels."

"Very close in proximity to Alexandria Bay. We could even walk. You will cross the street then the road is calm and a nice walk to downtown. About 1mile to downtown. The property owner is professionally attentive. He checked on us daily to ensure we were happy. The housekeepers came daily to refresh the room. They were professional and helpful."
