「generally we enjoyed our stay here n the room was clean n tidy. we tried to hv food inside the room n found that no spoons were provided n called the front desk, the staff was so efficient to deliver it to us. i would like to recommend this hotel.」

I reported that the fridge in our room was leaking and ruined $70 worth of food and the property manager tried blaming us for it and said they were going to make us pay for the damage. Then they had a maintenance guy come look at it and turns out it was their fault and the fridge was disconnected somehow. They are now refusing to reimburse us for all of the items in the fridge that were ruined because of them. Terrible company, terrible shady staff. Will definitely...

「A decent place to stay when exploring the Ballard area. Walking distance to everything. Room was small and well-equipped. Walls are very thin, so having earplugs provided was much appreciated. Seems strange to offer a coffee machine in the room without mugs, but we walked downstairs to the kitchen to grab one. Walls need a good clean, but everything else was pretty good.」

「This place is in a beautiful area and easy to get around. It was very clean and cute. I loved waking up and looking at the forestry area across the street. Communication is top notch! I did have issues with the stairs, but that not their issue. I would recommend that if you are not a couple you get seperate rooms. Even then, it is cheaper than a hotel. I would stay there again! 」

「Jabba's home is nice. Prepare for street parking only. This is a triplex home and all rooms are shared. Tge description on Expedia does not say this. The other guest, well you would know they are there. There were dishes in the sink overnight, (pet peeve of mine) and the 3rd floor people..... (kind of noisy). The home is in a nice area with a park and University right down the street. The unit is most suitable for students. If youre a singke traveler, this compares to a hostel. I was...

「Staff was professional and my room was on the 3rd floor but was worth it. Everything was nicely stocked When I stay next time I must remember to go in through the front door lot get to the stairs. All in all a wonderful stay!!」
