No water in the room, only one set of towels despite booked 2ppl, battery of remote control broken, no soap in the shower, door to staircase broken, elevator not stopping in the ground floor,... All these small things sum up to having made it quite unpleasant for the amount of money paid

Hotel hatte keine Klimaanlage. Habe bei der Buchung nicht darauf geachtet das dieses Hotel Klimaschonend gebaut wurde. Bei unserem Aufenthalt ( August 2024) war es im Zimmer schon sehr warm. Eine Herausforderung für uns nicht schlaflos durch die Nacht zu kommen. Trotz allem war die Dame an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Frühstück ist ebenfalls reichlich und gut.

Das Hotel ist mit seinen frischen Farben grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Allerdings hatten wir ein Bett, das furchtbar geknarrt hatte. Bei jeder Bewegung war es recht laut, so dass auch der Bett Nachbar nicht schlafen konnte. Trotz mehrfacher Reklamation wurde das Thema nicht bearbeitet beziehungsweise abgestellt. Wir kümmerten uns schließlich selbst um eine Lösung. Nachdem wir herausgefunden hatten wo das Problem liegt, haben wir zwischen Lattenrost und Bettrahmen Handtücher gelegt und somit das Problem behoben.
