"Hotel was solid. Great location with friendly staff. Issue is with the final bill. I have been attempting to get a copy of the final bill but the hotel, to date, has been unresponsive. In reading other reviews on various platforms, other travelers have had the same issue."

"A/C is noisy. Restroom ventilation is not good. Space is wide and customer service is great."

"The room was clean, beds were comfortable, had plenty of towels and lighting in the room was good. Our air conditioner did not work in our room and we had to pay extra for parking, $42.76 per night, had to pay $50 deposit, which we weren’t aware of this before we arrived at the hotel. I’m not sure if we will stay there on our next trip to Austin."

The restaurants within the property did not disappoint. Also, the location of the property being 2 blocks away from 6th street and other local staples made Omni a perfect choice for my stay."
