「Was a nice enough stay, cute little rooms off in a separate building, information said was soundproof but the windows/door was to outside so a little thin and let light in - and as it was a gravel area outside people walking/cars parking was quite noisy. The bed was maybe a little short it seemed, feet were basically on the footboard the whole night, but otherwise a very comfy bed. No windows in the bathroom but was nice and spacious. Initially the astetics of arriving at the pub/hotel looked promising and the ambiance of the bar area pleasent with polite reception staff.The room (4) was at first site ok, but a more detailed look revealed a more dirty aspect and not as expected. 「Great location for visiting Sandringham. Breakfast not included in room fee. My husband likes to read and write in morning. There was no desk in the room and no access to open areas in the facility. Being located “right next” to the road, with the bed on that wall, it was noisy. Double pained windows on that wall would help. 」

「I was not really happy with the room I was given. I booked a normal room, but received a room for an impaired person. I was put in room 1. The shower was a wet floor shower, which was not too bad, but the bed was terrible. The mattress had collapsed and I ended up sleeping ( actually I didn't sleep) in a dip, ended up with body aches.」
