East coast trip.

Great friendly hosts, best breakfast ever, with locally sourced products. Our room was a little small, but still comfortable and tea, coffee, milk and biscuits were provided.

Brilliant stay. Great location on a quiet street, 5 minutes walk to town center and the beach, easy parking. Room is tidy and clean, high quality supplies, we like the cookies provided. Breakfast services on time, high quality of everything, I’m a bit fussy about meat, their bacon is easily the best I had in hotel. In fact, the whole experience is the best ever I had with Hotel.com. Definitely will be back again.

Such a lovely Yorkshire couple. Nothing was too much bother. A great breakfast ...I shall miss it.... Room was so clean and comfortable. Every little touch was there. Nice. Blinking nice !

Lovely stay great location easy walk down steps to the beach managed to park my car over the road from the hotel on the road hosts were friendly and helpful and breakfast was perfect set us up for the day

I stayed in Filey for bird migration week - many activities going on. Athol is well placed for train, bus, shops, beach, country park. Very comfortable and welcoming.

Great guest house

This is a very comfortable guest house and the owners are very helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was good and well cooked. I would recommend this guesthouse.

Sam and Diane go that extra yard for their guests. We recently stopped for the Steampunk Festival....early breakfast? Of course. Any chance of a later checkout? Certainly. They even let the four of us use the dining room for a take away Chinese. Would certainly recommend for couples or families
