"This place was amazing. We were within walking distance of the train station. The apartment and room were beautiful. There was great coffee, lots of snack, water and an amazing breakfast that had something that everyone would enjoy. The place was exactly like the picture. A super sweet woman named Franchesca met us at the apartment to welcome us and let us in. She gave us some info about Nice and the surround area with stores, restaurants, and bars. One note be sure and get a hold of the place...

"Nice location for dining - few blocks to very nice restaurants. A few flights of stairs to the room may make it difficult for some travelers. A little walk to the main square, but not too far. "Chose Villa Istriana B&B in Umag as a base to explore Istria. This is a charming hotel within easy reach of the Adriatic coastline. Our host Daniela was friendly, professional and informative. Our room was clean, roomy and comfortable. The bathroom and shower spotless with plenty of hot water. Parking just outside our room; private terrace with table & chairs a plus. There is a nice restaurant right next door, but we often ate at Rustico (Istrian specialties) a 10-minute drive. Highly recommend...
