「It was a TERRIBLE experience. My wife and I planned this vacation months in advance and upon arrival we were disappointed. The room we booked did not have proper air conditioning. It was actually the only preference I requested from the host Sonia in advance. She lied to me every time I inquired that the AC was working well. 「Owner was arrogant . We arrived at 2:45pm and check in was at 4pm . Instead of saying sorry I would love to accommodate you , he smirked and said well your early and check in is at 4pm. Our booking agency’s site indicated a heated pool , when we got there there was no pool. We asked if we could check out earlier because of that error and it was a NO. Called our booking company and said it’s up to the owner to refund and it was a NO. As well this is a B&B at 100€ per night. No breakfast included...
