「This property goes above and beyond expectations. The location is "challenging" at first to get to, but once you figure it out is easy peezy! Plenty of parking for hotel guests. Staff is super nice and does their best with english, but ALWAYS tries with a smile. The property itself is BEAUTIFUL! The view is stunning! 「I know it’s off season, but the roof top patio was closed and there was never anyone working the bar. Also, the spa was nice was I slipped down the stairs in the pool because they were so slick. Maybe install some mosaic tiles so it’s not so slippery. The edges of the tile steps were very sharp, also. That’s very dangerous. Also, maybe put some foam mats around outside the showers and spa rooms so water doesn’t get everywhere.」

「This hotel is an absolute treasure. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate each of us. Every detail is considered and the entire experience is like walking into an oasis. The garden is a lovely retreat and one member of our group enjoyed a relaxing massage at the spa just outside the garden. They commented that is was one of the best they have had.
