「Amazing apartment,very nice and clean.」

「Issues on day 1 with main floor suite. Numerous serious deficiencies reported same day by text with images and repeated phone calls. Evenetually moved to a quality suite but forced to pay a hefty surcharge. Property management and Expedia were aware from day one. Property management pretended it was all make believe and that there was nothing wrong. Expedia stepped up big-time and credited me the preposterous surcharge imposed by the property. 「Room was clean but there were a lot of scented, strong cleaning products used and both of us had reactions. Not serious but reactions. I have to say I had not let people know ahead of time but in North America ‘scent free’ is extremely prevalent」

「Apartment itself wasn't bad but the stairwell to get to the apartment had a few dead roaches lying around that weren't cleaned up until the 4th day of our stay. Also, there was a problem with water collecting at just upon entering the apartment of the floor which was a slip hazard. The water remained present throughout our stay. There was mold on the wall in the entrance hallway probably related to the standing water. Lastly we weren't to thrilled to find a roach in the walk in shower on the...

「The apartment was divided into two spaces on separate floors. The 2nd floor space was a bedroom and bath, it was very moldy smelling with no windows. My daughter slept on the sofa in our space because it was so musty. There was a fan that just blew the musty air around. The apartment is in a great location.」

「Everything was Perfect. We had a wonderful time here. Everything was perfectly prepared, and the owner was very hospitable to our entire family. They provided a crib for the baby, a high chair, and even a bathtub. The rooftop spa was a great option. The private jacuzzi on the terrace was also great. We will definitely be back.
