"Parking chaotic as it's not monitored for non-resident use and spaces are not clearly marked as reserved. Some rooms are only accessible by a tortuous set of narrow stairs not ideal for anyone but the fitest and most agile! Staff were excellent in helping find us an alternative room, however."

One of the cleans, I was left a dirty teaspoon to use for tea and coffee. The gym was good and the staff were friendly though. The room was a good size but the air conditioning was very poor so had to keep the window open"
