Lovely hotel, part of a wonderful holiday

It was just wonderful, a lovely hotel - clean, beautifully presented. The food was really good too. The staff there are exceptional, really warm and helpful - I think they might be the jewel in the crown … along side the private beach at the blue lagoon.

Hotel was really nice and in a good location around 200m to beach. It doesn’t say it on the hotel details but their private beach area is actually at the Blue Lagoon and is really picturesque. Rooms are a little small but well appointed, food is really good and service is excellent. We have travelled widely and would happily go back to Olu Deniz over other Turkish resorts and would pick this hotel again no problem!👍

Nice place to stay for a week or two. All included, food is tasty and plentyful, entertaintment program almost every night, five minutes walk to beach and shopping streets. Nice resort

I recently stayed at a lovely resort. The food was excellent, and the location was ideal. It is within walking distance to the famous strip with shops and bars and the beach. The majority of the staff were very friendly, though the front desk staff could have been more accommodating and friendly.. Thankfully, there was an adult-only pool which was a blessing as the main pool was overcrowded with kids and their inflatable toys. Our group consisted of 8 people, and we requested 4 rooms in close proximity to one another when we made our reservation a month in advance. However, we were disappointed to discover upon arrival that our rooms were the worst on the property and quite far apart. Additionally, some rooms on the top floors had no elevators, which made it challenging for my sister who has knee pain to climb the stairs every day. Despite these setbacks, I still enjoyed my stay and would consider returning in the future. However, I would call in advance to demand better rooms on lower floors.

Let me start with the negative: a lot of noise (high music) most of the day and until at least 11 pm. The staff varied between being very service-minded to the opposite (simply unfriendly). The hotel is just okay. The private beach is a shuttle ride away and the shuttle has limited timings. Finding a taxi back is quite tough. The bell boy who got our luggage was rude and on being given liras as tip he said he wanted more and in euros ! After that he created a whole fuss and demanded 10 euros for giving a second key to the room! I left my glasses at the hotel and called them an hour after check out but they insisted they didn't have them even thou they had been left right there in the bathroom. Very unhelpful staff only the lady at reception was better and helped us out with the second key.

Not on the Beach

I pondered booking this for a while. I had the feeling it would be the type of place that I hate but Hotels.com advertise it as being 'on the beach' and so I thought: okay, at the very worst we can just spend our time on the beach and swim. It is not on the beach. It has a beach, which though very nice, is a 15 minute transfer away. At the beach, there are no free drinks or food and so it is not all-inclusive. There was the odd time we fancied going to take our daughter for a swim. There were not enough loungers for us to sit down. Granted, it was Bayram so it was probably busier for this. When we arrived, we could not get a seat to eat at the snack bar. We ate out for most of our time there; the actual town of Olu-deniz is very nice. The room was very basic with centrally controlled a/c. When we arrived at about 2pm, it did not seem to kick out cold air. I inquired about this and was told that they turn it off between 10am and 4pm. If you or your kids want an ice-cream or even a towel, make sure you are there for fleeting windows. Be prepared to be adorned with a theme-park style wristband attached to your wrist on arrival branding you a customer. If you do decide to stay here, check all the details.

Very clean and friendly hotel in a very good location. Staff was very helpful and always willing to make us welcome. Private beach at blue lagoon was a real surprise because this hotel has the best and biggest private area. Distance to the beach and fethiye is not a big problem we ate out at most amazing restaurants in fethiye at a very reasonable price when we wanted a change from hotel food.

Très bonne accueil du personnel, à l'écoute. Le repas est varié. Il y en a pour tous les gouts (les pâtes au wook sont vraiment bons) Acces au pool-bar où tout est inclus jusqu'à minuit. Activité: jeux de flechettes, billard, ping-pong, baby-foot, tennis, fitness, spa... Spectacle varié tous les soirs apres le dîner. Nous avons reservé une chambre classique. Bonne nouvelle à l'arrivée, nous avons ete surclassés en chambre avec jacuzzi. Tres proche de la plage (2min a pied), de la rue des bars et commerces. Accès en mini-van au lagoon privé de l'hotel. Meilleur rapport qualité/prix en all-inclusive dans les environs. Ce n'est pas mon premier sejour et ne sera certainement pas le dernier.
